I strive to replicate the microcrystalline, atmospheric affects that develop in a ^10 firing but in a ^6 oxidation firing. All of my pieces are wheel thrown, altered, and decorated with slip. My latest work utilizes a range of cool hues which are applied on porcelain clay body with 4-5 glazes sprayed in an overlapping method.
